Established in 1996, Hechuang is one of China’s earliest and leading suppliers of heavy-duty commercial vehicle chassis components, serving both OE and AM customers worldwide. Our manufacturing facility is located in Zhangwu County, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, with easy access to major transportation routes—just 475 km from Dalian Port and 660 km from Xingang Port via expressway.
Hechuang operates from a 60,000-square-meter site, which includes 40,000 square meters of steel-structured workshop space. With a workforce of over 200 employees, including nearly 30 engineers and technicians, we are well-equipped with advanced production and inspection facilities. These include automated casting lines, machining equipment, axle assembly lines, and robotic welding systems, empowering us with strong capabilities in mold development, smelting and casting, precision machining, fabrication, automated welding, and chemical analysis.
Our product portfolio includes brake drums, wheel hubs, German- and American-style axles, mechanical and air suspensions, bogie suspensions, and related components. We have an annual production capacity of up to 80,000 tons of castings, 100,000 axles, and 10,000 suspension sets. With a catalog of over 2,000 products covering about 80% of the mainstream market needs, Hechuang has become a trusted partner in the global trailer chassis industry.
