Hangzhou Tianrui Fashion Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, with its predecessor, Hangzhou Tianyuan Garment Co., Ltd., founded as early as 1991. It is an integrated manufacturing and trading garment enterprise specializing in export. The company is dedicated to the design, development, and production of high-end women’s fashion, and has established strategic partnerships with several renowned European women’s wear brands for the joint development and export of high-value-added apparel products.
The company is currently located at No. 31-6 Jiuhuan Road, Hangzhou, within the Qiantang Smart City zone in Jianggan District, covering a land area of 13,321 square meters, with a self-built factory building spanning 24,700 square meters. The production facility now operates four premium production lines and collaborates with over ten partner factories located across Zhejiang, Anhui, Henan, Jiangxi, and other provinces.
Its subsidiary brand, Tailory New York, has achieved remarkable success by offering customized women’s wear services through both online and offline channels.
The Tailory New York was founded in 2013 with a vision to redefine tailoring for the modern era—freeing suiting from outdated conventions and repositioning it as a medium for personal expression. Driven by her own pursuit of flawless fit and empowered style, founder Shao Yang established an appointment-only atelier centered on individuality and inclusive welcome.
What began as a passion for fashion design and an appreciation for classic menswear soon grew into a clear mission: to create a safe and affirming environment where anyone—regardless of gender identity or background—could experience the confidence that comes with a perfectly tailored garment.
