Longhua Auto Parts (Deqing) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of diaphragm springs for automotive clutches and disc springs for agricultural and construction machinery.
Established in 1995 as Yueqing Longhua Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the company relocated in 2005 to the Zhejiang Haining Agricultural Development Zone to support its expanding operations. Under the new name Zhejiang Longhua Auto Spare Manufacture Co., Ltd., it invested RMB 110 million to acquire 26,666 square meters of land, construct over 20,000 square meters of workshop space, and purchase more than 200 sets of equipment, establishing an annual production capacity of 5 million diaphragm springs.
In 2020, to further strengthen its industry position and expand market share, the company moved to Deqing, Zhejiang, expanding its site to 40,000 square meters with a total investment of RMB 250 million. A modern high-standard intelligent workshop spanning 89,856 square meters was built, and over 300 units of advanced production, testing, machining, and environmental treatment equipment were introduced.
Today, the company employs 143 staff, including more than 40 mid- to senior-level professionals. It boasts an annual production capacity exceeding 6 million pieces across more than 500 varieties of clutch diaphragm springs. Longhua serves as a long-term supplier to global clutch industry leaders such as Valeo, ZF, Schaeffler, and Eaton, and is a strategic partner for China Sino Truck and China FAW Clutch Division. Its products are exported to over 10 countries and regions, including the EU, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Currently, the company holds a leading position in the diaphragm spring sector, distinguished by its strong R&D capability, high production capacity, and consistent product quality.
