Since its establishment, the company has been grounded in the actual development of local specialty agricultural products, namely ginger and garlic, striving to create a fully functional system encompassing “production, supply, and sales.” It now possesses over 35,000 acres of various standardized planting bases and a domestic top-tier vegetable deep-processing industrial park covering more than 260,000 square meters.
Manhing’s flagship brand, “Ginger the Big” ,includes four major series with over 120 varieties: fresh vegetables, dehydration , pickling , and spices. All products have passed the national formal export inspections and are exported to over 100 countries and regions in Europe, America, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, etc. Manhing is currently a member of the American Spice Trade Association (ASTA) and has become a global supplier for multinational groups such as McCormick, NestlĂ©, Unilever, and Kutas from Turkey. In China, it serves as a source supplier for large restaurant chains like HaiDiLao, Xiabu, and GuoQuan.

The company has successively been honored with titles such as the exclusive designated supplier of ginger products for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the largest ginger exporter in China, a demonstration enterprise for the Ministry of Agriculture’s 948 Project, a China Quality and Integrity Enterprise, a well-known brand product among the top ten enterprises in Shandong Province, a provincial manufacturing single champion enterprise in Shandong, a high-end brand cultivation enterprise in Shandong Province, and a high-quality development base for agricultural international trade under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
