Since its establishment in 1996, Gales has maintained steady growth and has become a reliable OEM/ODM partner in the kitchen appliances industry. Our product range primarily includes juice extractors, blenders, food processors, coffee grinders, salad makers, and choppers. All products comply with market regulations and standards such as CCC, CE, GS, RoHS, REACH, PAHs, LFGB, CB, and ETL.
Today, we operate two production bases spanning more than 170,000 square meters. With approximately 1,000 employees, our annual production capacity reaches up to 6 million units.
Our facilities are equipped with specialized workshops, including tooling, injection molding, hardware processing, motor manufacturing, PCB assembly, and product assembly.
The tooling workshop is outfitted with professional machinery for mold design and development, enabling us to transform concepts into tangible products. We have the capacity to produce at least 150 sets of molds to meet diverse customer needs. The injection workshop is equipped with over 70 automated machines, including two dedicated PCTG molding machines.
In the hardware workshop, we process various metal components with precision and efficiency.
The motor workshop features three automated rotor assembly lines, significantly enhancing production efficiency while reducing defect rates. With more than 13 assembly lines in operation, each station is staffed with quality control personnel who conduct thorough inspections of product appearance and functionality before final packaging.
Through stringent quality control and continuous improvement, we have achieved certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and BSCI.
